Ugh, yes – agreed!!

Unfortunately we’d need to bring like $80k to the table to do so which is a hardy road block :( We had already refinanced back during one of the Harps a few years back which limits us to doing anything similar again. But can’t complain too much since we went from 6.875% INTEREST ONLY to 5.5% 30 year fixed. So we save a couple hundred a month off that, but yeah – would love to get it down a lot more! Or better yet – offload the house entirely!!! Haha….

Glad you were able to rock it though – You’ll have to drink a beer in my honor ;)

Also hoping we get up there soon. The biggest roadblock right now is figuring out all the regulations. It took us around 6 months to do this in the US.
