Because I feel like I am stuck in a wormhole of I sould do this and that because taht is expected of me.
And I would like to move to the mindset that I sould to things taht make me happy.

I’d love to have a copy of Atomic Habits, but for a different reason than many others around here. My wife has bipolar disorder and has spent much of her adult life trying to figure out ways to contain the highs and lows that come with it. We have found that the routines we establish can help keep her calm and, as I like to say, between the lines. Recently we’ve both been working on how to take our lives to a different level of productive while still maintaining the order and routine that’s necessary for her to function. I think Atomic Habits would be just the thing to do that.
